THE PURPOSE
OF HAUS
At The Haus Dance Agency, we are not your average dance studio. We are a training ground built on intention, discipline, and creative depth.
Our dancers are developed as athletes, artists, and individuals. Every class, rehearsal, and experience is designed to challenge them physically, mentally, and creatively, preparing them for opportunities both inside and beyond the dance world. We prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring that each dancer receives focused attention, personalized growth, and an environment that pushes them to reach their full potential. Our structure is built on progression, accountability, and a clear standard of excellence.
At Haus, dance is not just about steps. It is about understanding, storytelling, and purpose. We train our dancers to move with intention, connect to their work, and develop a voice that is uniquely their own. By emphasizing the “why” behind movement, we cultivate not only stronger performers, but more confident, self-aware individuals.
Our goal is simple: to build dancers who are technically strong, creatively sharp, and prepared for whatever path they choose next.

MEET THE OWNERS
Hunter and Alexia are the definition of balance.
What started as a shared passion for dance quickly evolved into a partnership built on mutual respect, vision, and a relentless drive to create something different. Their strengths complement each other seamlessly. Alexia brings a creative, conceptual, and industry-informed perspective, while Hunter leads with structure, technical precision, and disciplined training. Together, they have built a program that merges artistry and athleticism, pushing dancers to be both expressive and technically elite.
Their mission has never been to build the biggest studio, but to build the right one. A place where dancers are seen, challenged, and developed with intention. A place where time, training, and trust are valued above all.

Alexia’s foundation in dance began early and quickly expanded into a career rooted in performance, choreography, and visual storytelling.
Her experience spans across film, commercial work, live performance, and competitive dance, with credits including appearances on Disney’s Andi Mack, music videos, and professional performance opportunities across the United States and internationally. Her training and work have taken her around the world, shaping a perspective that blends multiple styles, cultures, and creative approaches.
Known for her ability to create visually compelling, story-driven choreography, Alexia approaches dance as more than movement. Her work focuses on intention, musicality, and emotional connection, often pushing dancers to explore deeper layers of performance and presence.
As a mentor, she prioritizes growth that extends beyond choreography. Her goal is to develop dancers who are not only skilled, but confident, adaptable, and creatively aware, leaving every class stronger than when they walked in.

In addition to her work as a dancer and instructor, Hunter is the creative eye behind SNAPP 55 Photography, where she has worked with over 100 dancers across the Midwest, capturing movement, personality, and performance through a refined and dynamic lens. Her ability to translate dance into visual imagery brings a unique perspective into the studio, helping dancers better understand how they present and perform.
Hunter’s training began at just two years old and has evolved into a career defined by technical excellence, discipline, and consistency, bringing both performance experience and structured training into the studio.
Her teaching style is rooted in detail, accountability, and progression. She focuses on refining technique to ensure dancers not only perform well, but execute skills with strength, control, and confidence.
